"We have loved living at John Keats Lodge as it is close to a range of local amenities. We have numerous good quality restaurants and pubs on our doorstep and all within walking distance. There are also a number of boutique shops, hair and beauty salons and some beautiful open green spaces such as Forty Hall and Hilly Fields where we love to walk our miniature Daschund. Another advantage of living in John Keats Lodge is its locality to Gordon Hill and Enfield Chase stations which are both only a 10 minute walk away meaning you can be in central London in just over 40 minutes. Great for working in town and also a good night out! Enfield Town is also only a 10 minute walk away, with an array of shops to meet all tastes and needs.

Although you are so close to all the above amenities, the block is set back from the main road meaning it is very peaceful, particularly at night. One of the best things about being at John Keats Lodge has to be the welcoming neighbours and the community spirit within the block. Everyone is extremely friendly and this helped us to settle in very quickly.

In terms of the management company, we have always found them to be reactive and responsive to our requirements. They are very attentive to the communal spaces, employing cleaners weekly and gardeners fortnightly. The common areas are spotless and the garden is always immaculate. The flats are purpose built and this means that the noise transfer between apartments is minimal. Being on the Ground Floor allows for easy access into the property especially when receiving deliveries and food shopping and it also means we have direct views on to the pretty communal gardens! Our flat is well laid out and spacious especially for a one bedroomproperty. The lounge space is a decent size and suitable for use as a living/dining area. We have also the luxury of a separate Utility Room which is great for storage.

We will be sad to move on from our very first home!"
