The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between member agencies and customers who are buying and selling residential property in the UK. As members of the OEA we follow a strict code of practice which is independently enforced and monitored to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Letting Line
1997 saw the launch of our letting department. Called The Letting Line, we set out to offer a fresh approach to residential lettings in a market place fraught with such potentially big problems. Being pro-active, means many of the nightmares commonly associated with residential letting can be avoided.
By using selected professional tenants backed by a FREE rent guarantee insurance policy and by using a comprehensive tenancy agreement are just a few ways of ensuring a watertight tenancy.
