About Enfield

Atkinsons Estate and Letting Agents - Enfield's Forty Hall and gardens

The London Borough of Enfield (LBE) is the most northerly borough of Greater London and is home to nearly 300,000 people. Enfield has multiple communication links and is one the greenest boroughs in London with over a hundred parks and open spaces. With its close proximity to beautiful countryside as well as being just 13 miles from central London, it’s no surprise that it is such a sought-after place to love.

Transport

Enfield LockWithin LBE there are over fifteen train stations providing direct routes to Central London (Moorgate & Liverpool Street). London Underground’s Piccadilly Line also extends to LBE with stations at Cockfosters, Oakwood and Southgate.

The M25, London’s arterial motorway, abuts LBE’s northerly border with Hertfordshire and can be easily accessed from either Jct 25 (A10 Enfield) or Jct 24 (A1005 or A111 – Potters Bar). The A10 provides a direct route into Central London which intersects with the A406 (North Circular Road).
